Bulk Material Logistics Technician

**Please note that this is a residential position based in Karratha - only local candidates will be considered**

Roster: 4/4 - 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off

Pay Rate: $50.00 - 12-month max term contract

Hours: 12.25 hour shifts

Required:

• A current Driver's License
• A Forklift License
• Working at Heights certification
• Current Dangerous Goods Security Card (DGSC) or the ability to obtain
• Valid working rights within Australia

Desired:

• Loader competency
• Experience in the fixed plant space - working on bagging machines, conveyors, belt and hoppers
• SAP experience
• A strong commitment to safety
• Proficiency in written communication, mathematics, mechanical and problem-solving aptitude, and IT skills
• The ability to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical examination and drug & alcohol screening

The successful candidates will have:

• Experience in processing materials and operating plant equipment in a timely and efficient manner
• Responsibilities include overseeing inventory levels, arranging transportation, and ensuring proper storage and handling procedures are followed
• Candidates must have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure.
